Tae Kwon Do is a 2000-year old martial art that combines discipline and precision with  speed, power, balance and concentration. Unlike hybrid martial arts programs, the LifeLines Tae Kwon Do program is steeped in the mastery of traditional techniques, required board breaking, and forms execution.

Once certified by our ninth degree grandmaster, all LifeLines black belt recipients are internationally recognized by the World TKD Federation. Tae Kwon Do builds self-confidence, teaches respect for self and others, promotes physical fitness, and helps produce the leaders of tomorrow by teaching leadership skills today.

TKD Tykes offers parents a wonderful opportunity to engage their toddlers (ages 3 and up)  in a parent-child developmental martial arts program. Classes meet on Saturday from 11:15am - 12:00pm. Call to see how your child can participate for FREE!
