Water is an excellent environment for exercise. Water workouts help you strengthen muscles, build flexibility, and improve cardiovascular health without placing too much stress on your bones and joints. It's a great way to rehabilitate injuries, too.

LifeLines Wellness Center
features a warm-water
hydrotherapy pool and a variety of programs for all
fitness levels and needs.

LifeLines hydrotherapy pool is heated to 93 degrees. It is 4 1/2 feet deep with a deepwater well for hanging traction, core-stabilization, and floating. There are 6 laminar flow jets and 2 turbulent flow jets capable of creating currents up to 7 1/2 mph. The pool also offers an underwater treadmill, safety stairs, and a handicap lift for non-weight bearing patients. You may comfortably change into and out of bathing attire in private locker rooms offering single unit showers for post-exercise relief.

What to Bring:
Bring yourself and a bathing suit, we'll provide the rest! Lifelines gladly provides towel service at the front desk, however, you are more than welcome to bring a beach towel from home. Our locker rooms are equipped with lockers to hold personal items, but we request that you bring your own lock.

Aqua shoes are optional, and as you will not fully submerge at any time during your session, eye goggles are not necessary.

*Please do not wear body lotion or creams into the pool.
